If you’ve been doing all the right things (or sometimes the not-so-right things) but still feel stuck in the same patterns — repeating old behaviors, reacting in ways you don’t want to, or feeling like something deeper is holding you back — this experience was designed for you.
Over the next three months, we’ll work together to uncover what’s really happening beneath the surface. We’ll release the emotional baggage stored in your body, reprogram the subconscious patterns that keep you looping, and help you reconnect with your confidence, freedom, and inherent worthiness.
Each session is personalized to you and what you’re currently working through. We create a safe, supportive space where you can explore, release, and rebuild — so that change feels natural, not forced.
The Journey Back to You
In every challenge lies an opportunity.
Your deepest struggles can be the doorway to your greatest breakthroughs— if you allow them to be. Every trigger, emotion, or even physical tension in the body is trying to bring your attention to something that’s asking to be seen, understood, and cared for.
But many of us were never taught how much power we truly have over our inner world.
You give the meaning to everything that happens in your life— and that meaning shapes how you feel, how you act, and what you create in your life.
For example, if you learned as a child that making a mistake meant you weren’t good enough, you may now overwork, people-please, or procrastinate— still trying to avoid that same painful feeling of rejection from so long ago.
Those meanings, formed long ago when you didn’t have the tools to process your pain, became the subconscious blueprint running your adult life.
We stuff down emotions, feel shame towards parts of ourselves, and rely on coping strategies to not feel that inner pain— but all those unhealed parts of us are begging for our attention and love.
When you begin to turn toward those parts with curiosity instead of judgment, everything starts to change. The patterns that once felt like walls become ways to understanding yourself more deeply. You start to see that nothing within you is broken—only waiting to be seen, soothed, and integrated.
How We Work Together
We’ll meet once a week (on zoom) for three weeks each month, and you’ll have a week in between to integrate, reflect, and use the tools I’ll teach you. You’ll have access to an online platform filled with educational resources, videos, and hypnosis audios for anxiety, procrastination, sleep, and more.
And if anything comes up between sessions, spot emergency hypnosis sessions are available to help you regulate and return to balance.
Throughout our time together, we’ll work on multiple levels to create deep and lasting transformation:

Mental: We’ll work with the beliefs and stories you tell yourself—shifting the narratives that keep you stuck so your mind starts working for you, not against you.

Emotional: You’ll learn to feel and process emotions instead of avoiding them, understanding that emotions are messengers—not enemies.

Somatic: Together we’ll work with the sensations in your body, where trauma and stress often live, teaching your nervous system how to feel safe and regulated again.

Subconscious: We’ll uncover and reprogram the patterns driving your thoughts and behaviors, and show your subconscious new ways of being and doing.

Behavioral: Finally, we’ll integrate your inner changes through small, grounded actions that build new habits, self-trust, and alignment in your daily life.
